These two documents establish clear guidelines to ensure optimal conditions for all parties involved:

  • Staff leasing involves a work relationship between three contractual parties: the user (the company needing labor), the temporary employee, and the temporary staffing agency (the HR firm).
  • The assignment duration is a maximum of 24 months, with the possibility of extension for another 12 months (after this period, the employment contract becomes void, either ending entirely or converting into an indefinite-term employment contract by signing an individual employment agreement).
  • Temporary employees benefit from the same rights as other employees performing similar work, including salary, vacation leave, and working conditions.
  • A written employment contract is mandatory and must include minimum required content.
