Daca ai in companie angajati platiti la acest nivel, ai si o serie de obligatii administrative, cu termene si sanctiuni clar stabilite. Iata ce trebuie sa verifici si ce pasi trebuie sa urmezi in REGES Online.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold\" data-sourcepos=\"5:1-5:43;460-502\"><strong>Angajatii pentru care faci modificarea salariului minim<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"7:1-7:248;504-751\">Noul prag salarial se aplica tuturor angajatilor cu norma intreaga si nu include sporurile sau alte adaosuri. Practic, de la 1 iulie, niciun contract individual de munca cu norma intreaga nu mai poate avea un salariu de baza brut sub 4.325 de lei.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"9:1-9:298;753-1050\">Majorarea se aplica automat, prin efectul hotararii de Guvern, deci nu trebuie sa negociezi separat cu fiecare angajat in parte pentru a o pune in aplicare. Totusi, din perspectiva contractuala, e recomandat sa consemnezi modificarea si in actele interne ale companiei, nu doar in statul de plata.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold\" data-sourcepos=\"11:1-11:70;1052-1121\"><strong>Respecta termenul de 20 de zile lucratoare pentru actualizarea REGES Online<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"13:1-13:206;1123-1328\">Obligatia principala pe care o ai ca angajator este actualizarea Registrului general de evidenta a salariatilor pentru toti angajatii care erau remunerati la nivelul fostului salariu minim de 4.050 de lei.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"15:1-15:251;1330-1580\">Ai la dispozitie <strong>20 de zile lucratoare<\/strong> de la data la care modificarea a intrat in vigoare pentru a o transmite in REGES-Online. Pentru majorarea de la 1 iulie, asta inseamna ca termenul-limita pe care trebuie sa-l respecti este <strong>28 iulie 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" data-sourcepos=\"17:1-17:284;1582-1865\">Daca nu respecti aceasta obligatie, ri\u0219ti o <strong>amenda intre 5.000 si 8.000 de lei,<\/strong> aplicabila per angajator, nu per contract nedeclarat.
