Doar cinci din cele 21 de sectoare de activitate mari analizate de INS au inregistrat cresteri ale numarului de posturi libere in primul trimestru din 2026 comparativ cu acelasi trimestru din 2025.<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">In acest context, concurenta pentru joburi a crescut semnificativ in ultimul an, prin urmare si procesele de recrutare dureaza mai mult.. Conform iHire State of Online Recruiting 2024 \u2014 un studiu anual realizat pe peste 2.000 de candidati si angajatori \u2014, 54,7% dintre candidati citeaza \u201eghostingul&#8221; drept una dintre cele mai mari provocari in cautarea unui job: aplici, poate si treci de un interviu, dar nu mai primesti niciun raspuns.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2><strong>Nu lua respingerea personal \u2014 intelege ce se intampla<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>In perioadele de somaj sau cautare activa a unui loc de munca, 70% dintre adulti resimt un nivel de stres mai ridicat decat de obicei, 56% raporteaza probleme emotionale sau de sanatate mintala (anxietate, depresie), iar 53% spun ca se simt ca si cum si-ar fi pierdut o parte din identitate, conform Pew Research Center.<br \/>\nCe ar trebui sa intelegi daca esti in cautarea unui job acum? Respingerea este, in mare parte, o statistica \u2014 nu o problema personala.<br data-start=\"5182\" data-end=\"5185\" \/>Conform iHire State of Online Recruiting 2024, angajatorii se confrunta cu un volum foarte mare de candidaturi, iar procesele de selectie sunt, prin natura lor, procese de excludere. Inseamna ca zeci sau sute de oameni competenti si potriviti pentru un rol nu trec mai departe \u2014 nu pentru ca nu sunt buni in profesia lor, ci pentru ca pot fi alesi doar unul sau doi, iar de multe ori atitudinea face diferenta.<br data-start=\"5535\" data-end=\"5538\" \/>Important este sa nu lasi fiecare respingere sa-ti defineasca valoarea. Ajusteaza abordarea acolo unde e necesar si ramai constant in energia pe care o aduci fiecarei interactiuni cu un potential angajator.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1626\" data-end=\"2837\"><strong>Priveste dincolo de CV! Iata cauta angajatorii!\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Daca parcurgi mai multe studii in recrutare din ultimii ani, vei observa aceeasi concluzie: competentele tehnice conteaza si te aduc la interviu, dar atitudinea si abilitatile interpersonale te aduc la oferta.<\/p>\n<p>Datele o confirma clar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Potrivit LinkedIn Global Talent Trends 2024 \u2014 raport bazat pe datele a peste un miliard de membri ai platformei \u2014, 69% dintre directorii executivi din SUA spun ca prioritizeaza candidatii cu abilitati soft esentiale: adaptabilitate, colaborare, rezolvare de probleme si capacitate de relationare.<\/li>\n<li>Un studiu TestGorilla (2024) realizat pe peste 1.000 de lideri in recrutare din SUA si UK arata ca 78% dintre acestia au angajat la un moment dat un candidat cu abilitati tehnice solide, care ulterior nu a performat \u2014 tocmai din cauza lipsei de abilitati soft sau de compatibilitate culturala. Acelasi raport arata ca 60% dintre angajatori considera ca soft skills sunt mai importante acum decat erau acum cinci ani.<\/li>\n<li>Si conform LinkedIn, 89% dintre profesionistii in talent acquisition spun ca atunci cand o angajare esueaza, cauza este, de regula, lipsa abilitatilor interpersonale \u2014 nu a celor tehnice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Renunta la masca \u201ecandidatului perfect&#8221; \u2014 fii pregatit si autentic<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Poti crede ca \u201eatitudine buna&#8221; inseamna sa fie entuziast, vesel si sa spui ce crezi ca vrea angajatorul sa auda. De fapt, angajatorii nu cauta perfectiune. Cauta autenticitate, pregatire si claritate.<br data-start=\"4121\" data-end=\"4124\" \/><strong>Iata cum poti arata o atitudine potrivita jobului si asteptarilor recrutorilor:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Demonstreaza seriozitate &#8211; <\/strong>Intr-un proces de recrutare, atitudinea ta nu apare doar in CV si nici nu se rezuma la raspunsurile din interviu. Se vede in felul in care intri in interactiune, in cum comunici si in cum alegi sa te comporti pe tot parcursul procesului. <span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Angajatorii sunt atenti la detalii: daca ajungi la timp la interviu, daca anunti sau nu in cazul in care intarzii sau nu mai poti ajunge. Absentele tacute, mesajele intarziate, intrebarile sau comentariile nepotrivite nu trec neobservate si cantaresc in decizia recrutorilor.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>Arata curiozitate reala fata de companie si rol.<\/strong> Candidatii care se documenteaza inainte de interviu, care pun intrebari relevante si care arata ca inteleg contextul in care urmeaza sa lucreze ies in evidenta imediat. Nu este vorba despre a impresiona \u2014 ci despre a arata ca esti prezent si interesat cu adevarat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Spune clar ce iti doresti in cariera.<\/strong> Candidatii care stiu ce cauta \u2014 nu in termeni vagi, ci concret \u2014 inspira mai multa incredere decat cei care \u201esunt deschisi la orice&#8221;. Claritatea semnaleaza maturitate profesionala.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Arata rezilienta!<\/strong> Modul in care vorbesti despre experientele dificile din trecut \u2014 un job care nu a mers, o perioada fara loc de munca, o respingere \u2014 spune mai multe despre tine decat orice realizare enumerata in CV.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Incepe sa construiesti relatii inainte sa ai nevoie de ele<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Iata o realitate pe care multi candidati o ignora: o parte semnificativa dintre pozitiile disponibile nu sunt niciodata publicate public. Se ocupa prin retele de cunostinte, recomandari interne si conexiuni directe.<br data-start=\"6085\" data-end=\"6088\" \/>Daca te bazezi exclusiv pe aplicatiile online, ratezi involuntar o parte importanta din piata.<br data-start=\"6182\" data-end=\"6185\" \/>Atitudinea fata de networking face diferenta. Nu e vorba de a fi extrovertit sau de a te \u201evinde&#8221;. E vorba de a construi relatii autentice inainte sa ai nevoie de ele \u2014 de a fi prezent in comunitatea ta profesionala, de a oferi valoare inainte de a cere ceva.<br data-start=\"6443\" data-end=\"6446\" \/>Conform datelor LinkedIn Economic Graph, candidatii care combina aplicatiile directe cu networking-ul activ au sanse semnificativ mai mari sa ajunga la interviu fata de cei care se bazeaza exclusiv pe platformele de joburi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ghid de atitudine urmatorul tau interviu<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Iata ce functioneaza concret, pas cu pas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Inainte de interviu:<\/strong> documenteaza-te despre companie, industrie si, daca poti, despre persoana cu care vei vorbi. Pregateste intrebari care arata preocuparea fata de job, nu formale. Atitudinea de \u201evreau sa inteleg, nu doar sa impresionez&#8221; se simte din primele minute.<\/li>\n<li><strong>In timpul interviului:<\/strong> fii sincer despre ce stii si ce nu stii. Angajatorii cu experienta identifica imediat raspunsurile pregatite in exces.
