Au angajat masiv, uneori mai repede decat puteau intelege exact cum vor evolua proiectele. Echipe noi, roluri noi, departamente intregi construite \u201edin mers\u201d, pe fondul unei economii care parea ca va continua sa creasca.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acum, contextul s-a schimbat. Inflatie, presiune pe costuri, investitori mai prudenti si, poate cel mai important factor al momentului, accelerarea inteligentei artificiale. Dintr-odata, multe sarcini care inainte necesitau ore de munca umana pot fi automatizate sau semi-automatizate. Iar intrebarea pe care si-o pun tot mai multi angajatori nu mai este \u201ecat de repede putem creste?\u201d, ci \u201ede cati oameni avem cu adevarat nevoie pentru a livra acelasi rezultat?\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In acest proces, multe echipe se restrang. Roluri care pareau stabile devin \u201eredundante\u201d. Conteaza mult mai mult felul in care se raporteaza la schimbare, cat de repede inteleg contextul, capacitatea de a se adapta rapid la situatiile din business si de a genera impact real in rezultate. Dar rezultatele, mai ales cele care implica decizii si context, raman umane.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Invata sa folosesti AI, nu sa concurezi cu el<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cei care devin indispensabili nu sunt cei care \u201erezista\u201d AI-ului, ci cei care il integreaza. Daca il ignori, devii mai lent decat colegii tai. Daca il folosesti gresit sau nu-l folosesti, devii superficial. Dar trebuie sa stii sa-l explici: cum economisesti bani, cum aduci venit, cum reduci riscuri, cum accelerezi livrarea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In perioade de reducere a echipelor, deciziile se iau aproape intotdeauna prin filtrul impactului.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Construieste relatii interne, nu doar livrabile<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cand lucrurile devin dificile, companiile nu pastreaza doar competente, ci si increderea. Oamenii alaturi de care vor sa lucreze clientii, partenerii business, care comunica bine, care nu creeaza blocaje inutile. Reputatia interna conteaza mai mult decat pare.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Arata initiativa inainte sa ti se ceara<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In echipe restranse, nu mai exista spatiu pentru \u201edoar imi fac task-urile\u201d.
